We offer a full 9-year warranty covering paint and labor from work performed in contract will be effective Month/Day/Year until Month/Day/Year. Just Details Painting & Stucco will warranty all paint and labor with the painting of your home at 123 Main Street, Colorado Springs, CO Zip Code.  Our warranty will include repainting of blistered, bubbled, peeled, or cracked paint for areas in contract of work performed including all siding, fascia, soffits, trim, garage door, front door, vents, downspouts, gutters, and other areas painted (see original contract).  The warranty will start going into effect on the completion date and will remain in effect until 9 years from that date. The warranty does not cover uncontrollable and other certain conditions (such as water damage, weather damage including hail & wind, fading, settling cracks, physical impact to walls, etc )  The warranty does not cover flat or walking surfaces (Note: Review contract for work performed).
